I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were clean, comfy, and really well taken care of by the housekeeping staff. It was a bonus having direct access from the first floor to the pool. The beds were a bit high, which was a small inconvenience for handicap-accessible needs, but nothing a step stool couldn't fix. The service was top-notch, they were always attentive to our needs, although it would have been nice to have updates from the day staff. The location was fantastic, right off the freeway, making it super convenient for our weekend trip. The staff was so friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to the stay. I didn't get anything from the restaurant, which was a downside, but overall, a great choice for Raider Nation Families! The dining experience was a bit lacking as it wasn't included in the rate, which took away from the evening enjoyment, but at least I got to enjoy some Italian coffee during my stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spotless, and the bathroom was very clean. The front desk staff was super helpful, and they quickly arranged a room change when our initial room smelled like sewer. However, the new room we were moved to (room 429) was just okay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient right off the freeway, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the room was loud at night with disruptive guests next door.
